In May2025, an overseas customer contacted our company, SHENZHEN HUIYU HENGTONG DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD., to inquire about the Velcro Tape Weaving Machine, aiming to expand their local hook-and-loop production line. The customer was particularly concerned about the machine’s stability, speed, and after-sales training, and also requested several customized features.

After thorough communication and confirmation of technical details, the customer finalized the order, and we immediately began production.

2. Production Phase
1. Material Preparation & Key Component Processing
  • High-strength steel machine frame
  • Intelligent frequency control system
  • Precision transmission bearing system
  • Special needle bed, shuttle, and gear set

All parts were strictly inspected by QC before entering assembly.

2. Machine Assembly

The assembly team followed the standard process:

  • Main structure installation
  • Electrical system wiring
  • Yarn threading system installation
  • Knife system and guide rail adjustment
  • Overall structure reinforcement and precision calibration

3. Machine Debugging & Performance Testing
1. Idle Running Test
  • Vibration and noise inspection
  • Motor & inverter operation status
  • Bearing temperature check
2. Actual Weaving Test

Using standard Velcro yarn:

  • Speed optimization
  • Density and tension adjustment
  • Tape edge smoothness test
  • Hook/loop tensile strength test
  • 24-hour continuous running test

During testing:

  • Slight synchronisation deviation → Gear ratio recalibrated
  • Left-side trimming angle adjustment → Guide position optimized

The machine passed all export-level standards.


4. Customer Remote Inspection

Since the customer could not visit the factory, we provided:

  • High-definition test videos
  • Detailed photos and samples
  • Live video inspection meeting

The customer confirmed output quality and speed and approved the machine.


5. Packaging & Shipment
1. Protective Packaging
  • Full anti-rust oil coating
  • Shock-proof reinforcement for key parts
  • Custom wooden crate/steel-frame packaging
  • Tools, spare parts and manuals included
2. Export Logistics
  • Provide PI, packing list, BL, CO and videos
  • Machine loaded into container securely
  • Vessel departed smoothly to customer’s destination port
