For example, when manufacturing 220 mm-wide nylon hook tape, a computer-controlled high-speed webbing machine can produce two tapes simultaneously, operating at speeds of up to 1,200 RPM.

The webbing machine can adjust the weaving density and patterns according to different product requirements, ensuring a strong and secure hook surface structure.

The resulting webbing is flat, with high tensile strength, providing an excellent base for subsequent dyeing and hook-cutting processes.
